At 9:25 p.m. on June 27, all members of the Party branch of Lights Medical  watched “For a Clean and Clear Political Environment” punctually via the Tianjin Radio and Television Station’s satellite channel, each watching individually.

As part of the series “Sharp Sword Hanging High, Constant Alarm Bell Ringing,” this cautionary documentary delves deeply into ten typical cases of disciplinary and legal violations—including Li Jinliang and Zhao Jianguo—whose convictions were rigorously pursued. The film analyzes these cases from various angles, such as wavering ideals and beliefs, loss of political awareness, weakening organizational consciousness, and a fading sense of purpose. By using real cases to illustrate lessons, it serves as a stark warning that is both shocking and profoundly enlightening. It rings an urgent alarm for party members in the branch, especially among leading cadres, urging them to take these cases as cautionary tales and further strengthen the “roots” and “soul” of their ideals and convictions.

“Toward a Politically Healthy and Harmonious Environment” uses media exposure to demonstrate to all the people our Party’s firm determination to wield a sharp sword, enforce strict governance, and resolutely eradicate malignant tumors. Through watching and studying this material, the Party branch of Lights Medical  has genuinely enhanced its sense of urgency in comprehensively enforcing strict Party governance. Branch members must further strengthen their ideological development, enhance their Party spirit and moral cultivation, reinforce self-discipline, strictly abide by the spirit of the Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation, and firmly prevent any resurgence of the “Four Winds” problems. By taking concrete actions to combat corruption and promote integrity, they will help foster a sound political atmosphere within the enterprise.

In accordance with the Group’s requirements for the educational warning tour exhibition aimed at “eradicating the negative influence of Huang Xingguo and fostering a clean and upright political environment,” the Party branch of Lights Medical  organized all party members, mid-level cadres, and employee representatives to visit and study the exhibition on schedule.

On September 17, members of the company’s leadership team and all cadres and employees gathered for a study tour. During the event, Fan Yonggang, Secretary of the Party Branch, delivered important instructions: All Party members must firmly keep in mind the Party’s purpose and take the Party Constitution, the Code of Conduct, and the Regulations as guidelines for their thoughts and actions. They should consolidate the foundation of their faith, replenish their spiritual strength, and remain steadfast in their ideals and convictions. Above all, they must unswervingly uphold the authority of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core. Party members and cadres must strictly abide by Party discipline and state laws, strengthen their awareness of discipline and rules, intensify political study, and fortify the disciplinary defense line. They should earnestly use negative examples from actual cases as mirrors, lessons, and warnings, fully recognize the need to thoroughly eliminate the harmful influence of Huang Xingguo, firmly establish the “Four Consciousnesses,” and always maintain high consistency with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core.
