On April 9, the theoretical study center group of the Party branch of Lights Medical conducted a special study and discussion on the Constitution, with a particular focus on the newly added chapter concerning the Supervisory Commission. On the morning of May 4, discipline inspection officials of the company organized all party members within the branch to conduct a special study of the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," deeply understanding the significance of enacting this law. The enactment of the Supervision Law is an important measure for implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and deepening the reform of the national supervision system. It represents a pioneering effort to uphold the path of supervision with Chinese characteristics and holds tremendous significance for advancing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. During the meeting, through studying topics such as the functions and responsibilities of supervisory authorities, the scope and jurisdiction of supervision, supervisory powers, and supervisory procedures, participants clarified their future directions for study and work.
The Party branch of Lights Medical regards studying and implementing the Constitution and the Supervision Law of the People’s Republic of China, together with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, as an important political task for the current and coming period. The branch is earnestly fostering a positive learning atmosphere within its ranks and actively guiding all party members—especially discipline inspection officials—to continuously enhance their awareness of the rule of law and legal consciousness. Members are encouraged to go deeper in their study, integrate learning with practice, learn by doing, and combine theory with practice, reflecting deeply on what they learn and putting it into action. They are also urged to set themselves as strict role models in both work and daily life, strengthening their self-discipline to higher standards and under stricter requirements.
