On April 28, 2025, the Party Branch of Lights Medical Manufacture Co.,Ltd. organized a special training session to implement the spirit of the Central Government’s Eight-Point Regulation and its detailed implementation rules. A total of 27 participants—including Party members from the branch and key-position personnel from various departments within the company—attended the session, aiming to strengthen the building of a sound work style through “studying integrity and upholding righteousness.”

A total of 27 participants—including Party members from the branch and key-position personnel from various departments within the company—attended the session, aiming to strengthen the building of a sound work style through “studying integrity and upholding righteousness.”
During the training, Zhao Ning, a member of the company’s Party branch committee, delivered a presentation using vivid stories from ancient times about integrity as a starting point. Drawing lessons from history, he conveyed the concept of integrity, prompting deep reflection among all participants. The training focused on key requirements, guiding attendees to grasp precisely the essence of the Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulations—“iron rules and unyielding standards”—and emphasizing the importance of strengthening one’s moral character through study and using study to boost practical work. Participants were encouraged to identify problems in their work and daily life, make immediate corrections, and implement changes right away.
The meeting emphasized the need to establish a regular and long-term supervision mechanism, transforming conduct requirements into daily behavioral norms. We must firmly address the “Four Winds,” foster a new ethos, and eliminate inaction, improper actions, and superficial, perfunctory work. Only by truly deepening and solidifying efforts to improve work style can we provide strong support for the company’s high-quality development.
